How Membership Works

Membership is simple right now - and that's by design. We're in the business of lowering barriers, not building them.
Right now, joining is free. All it takes is letting us know you want in. We'll add you to our Slack, loop you into events, and you're part of the collective. That's it. No forms, no fees, no hoops.
Something bigger is coming. Our board of directors is building out a full membership program - and it's going to be worth the wait. Think a proper intake process so we actually get to know you, understand what you're looking for, and can shape our programming around what our members genuinely need. Tiered membership options will open up access to the full weight of Bay Wardrobe resources - deeper opportunities, more support, and more ways to have this community actively working in your corner.
We're building it carefully because we want to get it right. In the meantime, the door is open.
